I saw Ness Wadia grabbing Preity Zinta's arm', says witness Kanojia

Mumbai: After CCTV footage of Wankhede Stadium failed to provide any significant clue, police officers are now banking on the statements of witnesses to further probe alleged molestation of Bollywood actress Preity Zinta by her former boyfriend and industrialist Ness Wadia. A key witness Kanojia has told the police that he saw Ness grabbing Preity's arm, but he could not hear what they were talking. Experts believe that this to some an extent substantiates Preity's version that Ness misbehaved with her.
According to our sources, police is yet to get in touch with Jean, American national, who was present at the time when alleged incident took place.

Another two witnesses in the case, Parul Khanna and Shailesh Gupta, have been asked by police to record their statements. Both journalists were invited by Preity Zinta.

Preity Zinta had filed a police complaint on June 12 alleging that Wadia outraged her modesty at the stadium on May 30 during an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings.

Wadia, who co-owns Kings XI Punjab with Zinta and others, has rubbished the allegations as "false and baseless".

Google offers unlimited storage for businesses

Bangalore, June 26 : Global search engine Google is offering unlimited storage, advanced audit reporting and new security controls for businesses through its new Drive service at $10 per month, the company said Thursday.

"As businesses want more control, security and visibility to check how files are shared, our new version of 'Drive for Work' offers unlimited storage for businesses at a nominal subscription," the company's Indian subsidiary said in a statement here.

As a cloud storage service, Google Drive allows users to store documents, photos, videos in one place and access documents to create, share and collaborate from anywhere online.

"Though a workplace is full of files that capture the best ideas and the most productive collaborations, they (files) are not useful if users are unable to access or share them effectively. The new Drive keeps all users' work safe and makes it easy to share," the statement noted.

About 190 million users worldwide use Google Drive at home, office, school and work. Global firms such as Crate & Barrel, Seagate and HP (Hewlett Packard) rely on Drive to work faster and collaborate better with their co-workers and customers.

With the new audit view, users can see activity like moving, deleting or sharing a file within or outside the company. The new application (tool) for search and discovery covers all content stored in Drive, including documents, sheets and slides.

"Every year companies create more data, adding megabytes, gigabytes and terabytes. We are taking bytes out of conversation. For $10/user/month, businesses get unlimited storage for their employees and can store files up to 5 TB (terabyte) in size, which no desktop or laptop has a hard drive big enough to store a file of that size," the statement asserted.

For security, all files uploaded to Drive will be encrypted from a user's device to the search engine's platform and between the search engine's data centres and its servers.

"Editing office files is a click away from Drive on a user's computer, tablet or phone,a the statement added.

Users will also have access to productivity apps (applications) like documents, sheets, slides, sites and Hangouts, enabling them to collaborate in more ways.

One of the many photos that were clicked on the sets of Dil Dhadakne Do
Mumbai: There has been a lot of talk about how Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma don’t get along and have been avoiding each other on the sets of Dil Dhadakne Do. But from the latest pictures that have been doing the rounds on the Internet, the two actresses seem determined to prove everyone wrong. They have seen posing for pictures like inseparable besties on the sets of the film.
However, the interesting part is that Ranveer Singh, who is said to not get along with both the ladies, is missing from the picture. It was said that Priyanka and Ranveer did not get along during the Gunday promotions as she was annoyed by his over-enthusiastic attitude. Anushka and Ranveer, on the other hand, were said to be dating in the past although neither admitted to it. So are the ladies bonding over not getting along with Ranveer? We can only keep guessing.

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta, who has accused her former boyfriend and industrialist Ness Wadia of abuse and molestation, is likely to record her supplementary statement in connection with the case on Sunday, police said on Friday.
The 39-year-old actress had filed a police complaint on June 12 night alleging she was molested by Wadia (44) at Wankhede stadium on May 30 when an IPL match was played between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings, a charge the industrialist has denied as “false and baseless”.
The secretary was called to the anti-extortion cell last evening to see if she recognises voices from our voice bank. She recognised Pujari’s voice as very similar to that of the person who made the threat calls
Ms. Zinta, according to her lawyer, is away in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, a personal secretary to industrialist Nusli Wadia, Ness’ father, who had claimed to have received threatening calls and a text message from fugitive gangster Ravi Pujari, asking the Wadias to ‘keep off’ Ms. Zinta “or their business will be in trouble”, has identified Pujari’s voice.
“The secretary was called to the anti-extortion cell last evening to see if she recognises voices from our voice bank. She recognised Pujari’s voice as very similar to that of the person who made the threat calls,” an officer privy to the investigation told
Two personal secretaries to Nusli Wadia were said to have received five calls and a threatening text message from Pujari on Monday following which an FIR was registered and case handed over to the anti-extortion cell of the crime branch for probe.
The officer said two separate investigations are now in progress in connection with the matter involving Ms. Zinta and the Wadias.
“While Marine Drive police is probing the case of alleged abuse and molestation filed by Ms. Zinta, the anti-extortion cell of crime branch is investigating the one related to the threat calls made by Pujari,” he said.
Police are trying to ascertain how the gangster, believed to be operating from Australia and south Asia, got hold of a phone whose number was traced to Iran, and how he got to know of the cell phone numbers of Mr. Wadia’s secretaries.
Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria had said on Wednesday the calls received by Wadia’s secretaries were “supposedly” made from Iran.
