Hrithik Roshan Demands Rs 50 Crore For Mohenjo Daro?

After hearing this news, we wonder if the Greek God Hrithik Roshan is the highest paid actor in Bollywood. Reportedly, Hrithik Roshan has asked for a huge amount to be part of Ashutosh Gowariker‘s Mohenjo Daro.
As a source reveals, Hrithik has asked for Rs 50 crore. If the gossip mills is indeed true, the actor has inked the deal, it will make him the highest paid B-Town star!

Though the actor did not confirm having charged Rs 5o crore for Mohenjo-Daro, he said, “What I charge is my business. And would you be in a business which does not look like a profitable proposition? I’m justified,”
We heard rumours about Dharma Productions offering Salman Khan a sum of 150 crores for Shuddhi and Aamir Khan had also demanded the same amount to sign a Dharma Production film. However, this piece of gossip was rubbished by Johar himself.
Set in a period as early as 26th century BC, ‘Mohenjo Daro’ is a romantic drama based on the Indus Valley Civilization.
After Jodhaa Akbar, Mohenjo Daro will be the second film bringing together Hrithik, Gowariker, his production banner Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and UTV Motion Pictures. The film features Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, and the film hits theatres in January 2016.

Reasons Why Humshakals Might Haunt Bipasha Basu Always

Bipasha Basu’s Creature 3D didn’t get the kind of response people had anticipated. 3D, creature as the villain and a very fit Bipasha Basu together couldn’t do much for the film. With such a situation, the ghost of Humshakals has started to haunt her again. We feel this is one film that will never cease to give her sleepless nights. Why? Following are the reasons…
1. Despite bad reviews and large scale mockery of the film, Humshakals did earn at the weekend box office. Her dissociating from the film has dissociated her from the privilege of being part of a hit film after years.
2. Bipasha Basu was pretty vocal about her disassociation from Humshakals by tweeting the reasons behind her move. This might send off wrong signals to producers who are even thinking of having her in their films. Who would want their heroine to stay aloof from her film during promotions?
3. The move also can backfire with people mocking at her for not realizing it before. Many have blamed them for dissociating from the film at a time when they are mostly needed. Many are questioning what was she doing when the film was getting shot. This is one question she will have to answer all along.
4. Sajid Khan might never consider her for any other film. Despite making a film like Humshakals, he has other films in his kitty. Bipasha Basu just has one.
