Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Haider' given U/A certificate after 41 cuts

Vishal Bhardwaj's ambitious projectHaider too seem to have met with problems with the Censor Board, just likeDeepika Padukone's Finding Fanny. The Shahid Kapoor-Shraddha Kapoor film is a modern day adaptation of Shakespeare's Hamlet and has been given a 'U/A' certificate, but only after 41 cuts.
The Censor Board was in the news recently after the controversy surrounding CBFC's suspended CEO Rakesh Kumar who was accused of bribery. The Censor Board seems to have become really stringent post the incident and Haider is the latest film to have met sharp scissors.
The film was finally passed with 41 cuts, which excluded the use of a few expletives, visuals of a burning body, corpses piled into a truck, Shahid's character walking among corpses, and a few torture scenes, all of which are mentioned on CBFC's official website.
Haider, which also stars Tabu and Kay Kay Menon, is set for an October 2 release.

Mumbai: Tiger Shroff’s dancing skills and acrobatics are the two things that set him apart from the other industry newcomers.
He recently released a video tribute to Michael Jackson. In the video he proved it to the world that dancing is the one thing he has that none of the youngsters in Bollywood have. The tribute features Tiger and his dance teacher Paresh Shirodkar dancing to ‘Beat It’ with a little ‘Whistle Baja’ twist.
The actor mentioned that it’s his dream to feature in a biopic made on the King of Pop. He has done a lot of research on him and is willing to lose weight and get into his body language.
During the event, he expressed, "I am not a celebrity. I just want to work hard. I consider myself as a labourer. I can only work hard."
